Oluwaseun Ogunbuyide

Oluwaseun Ogunbuyide popularly known as ‘Olu’ currently works as Project Manager on the Nottinghamshire To Dip or Not to Dip Project. My role is to carry out a successful pilot and implementation of the To Dip or Not to Dip project in each of the 5 Nottinghamshire County CCGs (Mansfield & Ashfield, Nottingham West, Nottingham North East, Newark & Sherwood and Rushcliffe), deliver training to the care home staff and other healthcare professionals such GPs, Community Matrons and District Nurses etc, implement the National Guidelines for UTI and ensure sustainability of the project. Olu has worked closely with Dr Annie Joseph (Project Lead) and Sally Bird (Head of Nottinghamshire County CCGs Infection Prevention and Control Team) who have both been her clinical mentors.


Olu has a BSc in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University Nigeria, after which she proceeded to the United Kingdom in 2006 to commence a professional qualification in Accounting ACCA. In 2009, she graduated from University of Northampton with Masters of Business Administration (MBA), completed the PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner course in 2011 and has since being involved in project management related roles.


Olu likes attending religious activities and is highly involved in her charity which provides food bank services and soup kitchen for the less privileged.
